Evaluate The Acute Toxicity Gydenphy Capsule On Experimental Animal

Abstract
Hard capsule Gydenphy is the product of the project of Cao Bang province. It was researched and prepared by Vietnam Military Medical Univesity, made from Phyllanthus emblica L., Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb), and Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. One of the directional effects of the capsule is the hepatoprotective ef- fect. Before evaluating the effects of capsules, the safety of capsules needs to be evaluated. The study was conducted to evaluate the acute toxicity on Swiss mice of Gydenphy capsule. The results: The acute toxicity not identify the LD50 on mice although they were oral administrated the highest dose of 17.5 g/kg body weight.
