Mô hình bệnh tật bệnh nhân điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Y Dược cổ truyền & Phục hồi chức năng tỉnh Phú Thọ từ năm 2018-2020

Abstract

Objectives: Surveying the ICD-10-based disease model of outpatient treatment at Phu Tho Provincial Hospital of Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation for 3 years from 2018-2020. 

Research subjects and methods: The retrospective study through the "Hospital Statistics Reports" of Phu Tho Province Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital from 2018-2020 and the year-end summary report. 

Results: The group of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue accounted for the highest rate in 3 years, making up 22.58%; followed by the group of diseases of the circulatory system, accounting for 18.48%; the third-ranked group of diseases is the group of endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases, accounting for 14.06%. The ten common diseases include: Diabetes; Hypertension; Transient ischemic attack and related syndromes; in the common diseases, the Hospital always have the most outpatient visits and treatment, followed by the groups of diseases: Arthritis; Bronchitis and acute bronchiolitis; Pharyngitis and tonsillitis...
