Abstract

Objectives: Evaluate the therapeutic effect of HCR1 hard capsules in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.

Methods: Prospective method, open clinical intervention, pre-and post-treatment comparison, convenient sampling of 70 patients (patients) with irritable bowel syndrome treated with HCR1 hard capsule from July 2019 to the end July 2020 at Traditional medicine Ministry of public security. The results were evaluated at three points in time: immediately after surgery, at the time of discharge, and 3 months after surgery. The collected data were processed using SPSS 20.0 software.

Results: The rate of good and quite effective results after treatment is 88,6%; improve clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain, loose stools, bloating, stool disorder during bowel movements; 92,9% no longer affects the quality of life; 82,2% had no longer had or had mild dysfunction in the colon. HCR1 capsules have the effect of improving traditional medicine conditions, the proportion of patients achieving good and good results in “The can khi uat ket” is higher (91.4%) than “The can uat ty hu” (85.7%).
