Abstract

Results: The overall treatment effect is Very good of 20%, Good is 80%, analgesic effect: 53.19% reduction of VAS compared to before treatment (D₀), significantly increasing the range of knee movement, improving Lysholm score: an increase of 19.17% compared to D₀.

Conclusions: During 21 days of using "HV joint" remedy, recorded 2 cases of loose defecation and 3 cases of epigastric pain; No differences in hematological and biochemical indices were observed before and after treatment.
