Acute Toxicity And Effect In Hematologic Functions Of Linh Que Truat Cam Thang - Nhi Tran Thang Capsules

Abstract
To ensure the safety of Linhquetruatcamthang-Nhitranthang before conducting effective studies of the formular for the treatment of dyslipidemia. We carried this study with aims: Evaluate acute toxicity and effect in hematologic functions in experimental animals of LQTCT-NTT.
Results and conclusions: LQTCT-NTT has not acute toxicity in the maximum dose of 12,0g in experiment (25 times higher than the clinical dose) and LQTCT-NTT has not impacts on hematologic functions of experimental animals at dose 0.28g/kg BW and dose 0.84g/kgBW, oral for 90 days.
