Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate the results of treatment support of the Thong tieu ky HV Capsules in gout patients.


Methods: 60 patients diagnosed with gout, according to the standard diagnosis of gout are divided into 2 groups, each group of 30 patients. The research group was treated with capsules "Thong tieu ky HV" (6 capsules / 2 times / day) for 30 consecutive days combined with Meloxicam 7.5mg / 1 time / day for 5 days and Colchicin 1mg /1 time / day for 30 days, the control group was treated with Meloxicam 7.5mg / time / day for 5 days and Colchicin 1mg / time / day for 30 days. Clinical observations, comparison before and after treatment, and comparison with the control group.


Results: The "Thong tieu ky HV" capsule is effective in supporting the treatment of gout, with a good therapeutic effect rate of 76.6%, a therapeutic effect rate of 26.7%, and a total effective treatment results were 96.7%, more effective than the control group with p <0.05. Capsules "Thong tieu ky HV" has no adverse effects on clinical and subclinica.
