Mô hình bệnh tật và tình hình sử dụng y học cổ truyền tại một số trạm y tế của huyện Mỹ Đức, Hà Nội giai đoạn 2021-2023

Abstract

Objective: To describe the disease patterns and the use of traditional medicine at some commune health stations of My Duc district, Hanoi city.

Subject and method: A retrospective descriptive study with analysis was conducted. The data of 2021-2023 was collected from 9 commune health stations.

Results: Mean age was 54.85±21.03, the age group accounting for the largest proportion was 60-69 years old. Circulatory and respiratory diseases and mental disorders were the most common with a rate of 43.3% respectively, 24.2% and 23.5%. According to traditional medicine, common diseases were: dizziness, musculoskeletal pain and nervous breakdown. The commonly used traditional medicine methods were acupuncture and acupressure. The commonly used preparation forms of traditional medicine were capsules and liquid extract and syrup.
