Đánh giá tác dụng của dung dịch ngâm trĩ NT1 kết hợp y học hiện đại trên người bệnh sau phẫu thuật trĩ

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the NT1 Hemorrhoidal Soaking Solution combined with modern medicine in patients after hemorrhoidectomy using the Milligan – Morgan method at Thanh Hoa Traditional Medicine Hospital.

Subjects and methods: A cotrolled prospective study was conducted, with comparations between pre – and post treatment outcomes and with a control group.. 70 eligible patients were randomly and equally assigned to two groups, The study group received the standard postoperative regimen guided by the Ministry of Health combined with soaking in the NT1 Hemorrhoidal Solution. The control group received the same standard regimen combined with soaking in a diluted 10% Betadine Vaginal Douche solution. The treatment course lasted for 15 consecutive days.

Results: After 15 days of treatment, 80% of patients in the study group achieved good overall therapeutic outcomes. The study group showed significantly greater improvement in pain, bleeding, discharge, and wound edema compared with the control group (p<0.05).

Conclusion: The NT1 Hemorrhoidal Soaking Solution combined with modern medical therapy is effective and safe for patients after hemorrhoid operation  using the Milligan – Morgan technique.
