Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate the effect of "Lac cham phuong HV" in combination with electro-cupuncture and acupressure in the treatment of Cervicalgia, and to monitor the side effects of the intervention method.

Study subjects: 60 patients were divided into two groups; the study group was treated with "Lac cham phuong HV" combined with electro-acupuncture and acupressure massage for 21 days, the control group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with acupressure massage in 21 days.

Research method: Comparative clinical intervention before and after treatment with the control group.

Results: After 21 days of treatment, the study group's pain index VAS (p<0.05), NDI scores decreased (p<0.05), CSC range of motion tended to be better (p<0.05). 0.05), the total score of overall treatment effect

(p<0.05) was better than the control group; Patients with good results accounted for 73.3%, good results accounted for 20.0%.

Conclusion: Using the combination of "Lac cham phuong HV" with electro-acupuncture and acupressure massage has better and more prominent effects than classic electro-acupuncture and acupressure massage in treating Cervicalgia caused by cervical spondylosis.
