Experimental research on the anti-peptic ulcer effect of Sai ho so can granules
Main Article Content
Abstract
Objectives: Evaluate the anti-peptic ulcer effect of Sai ho so can granules in experimert.
Subjects and methods: A controlled experimental study was held from August 2022 to December 2022 to evaluate the anti-peptic ulcer effect of Sai ho so can granules on the modified stress-induced peptic ulcer experimental model, originally described by Alessandro Di Cerbo et al (2020).
Results: After 15 days of using, Sai ho so can granules effectively reduced gastric acid secretion of mice compared to the model of the function of gastric excretion (p <0,05 in low-dose Sai ho so can and high doses), pH (p <0,05 in low-dose Sai ho so can and high doses), partial acidity of gastric juice (p <0,01 in low-dose Sai ho so can and high doses) and total acidity of gastric juice (p <0,05 in low-dose Sai ho so can and p <0,01 in high doses Sai ho so can).
Conclusions: Sai ho so can granules at both doses 4,2 g/kg and 8,4 g/kg for 15 days had anti- stomach ulcer in white rats model with stomach ulcer.
